My mom lost her owner's manual...


Does anyone have an idea as to what the motor oil capacity is for a 1997 plymouth voyageur 3.0 L?

the caravan's have the same engine...

4.5 quarts with a filter change. If that ain't it, it's very close.

If this is the Mitsu 3.0L, then my '95 Grand says 4.75 qts with filter change in the owner's manual.

According to the Autozone web site, it's 4 US quarts WITHOUT filter. Just calculate the volume of your filter and add that too.

had the '99 caravan w/3.0L also - change w/filter
(fram, hey i know better now LOL!) was 4.2L.

Fill it with 4, run it a bit, then top it off.

I changed our family's 1997 Grand Caravan 3.0 (Mitsubishi engine) this afternoon - it took 4.5 quarts with the filter.
