That’s a very good deal! The M12 ratchet set (tool, charger, battery) alone costs about that.

m12 ratchet is great.. arguably better than the m12 fuel because of its compact size and you can use it as a ratchet initially to break fasteners free so it doesnt need to be super powerful.
The M12 Fuel High Speed has much better performance than the standard M12 in the same form factor. There is also a new M12 Fuel High Speed Extended Reach coming out this year.

nice I didnt know about any of those.
I was referencing the org. m12 fuel that had the bulky design..
which more than offset its greater apower vs the m12 non-fuel that was quite abit smaller.

I thought about this special since the OP posted the link. I checked to determine if the deal was still on. I checked with my big brother who is a tool Nazi and he stated it's a killer deal. Needless to say I bought it today online and will pick it up at the store in town for $211 out the door. Wow thank you so much OP for letting me know about this deal. I have a lot of DeWalt 20V tools however I did not have the saw-zall or the ratchet. Now I need something to break at home in order to try it out hahahaha.

Thanks for posting! It was $399 at one store nearby but $199 at another. Picked this up for my mom for Xmas. I’m a Ridgid guy but was close to getting one for myself too. Mom was just complaining about how weak her cordless drill has gotten so this is perfect! Thanks again!

Use what exactly?

The hacksaw: the brushed version sucks. Barely usable for anything. Fuel is slightly better

The ratchet: brushed is slow but steady and reliable. More compact than original Fuels

The impact driver: works just fine. I still use several brushed alongside several Fuels in my shop. However the M12 Surge is really nice....just for the noise level alone if anything

The drill: pretty much all 12V drills are toys. Good for deburring holes in my machine shop. Do yourself a favor and fit a 1/2" chuck just to expand tool shank options (eg larger c-sinks)

The LED light: good, not great by today's standards. The upside: it's already brushless!! :D

Also if anyone needs M12 chargers for just the cost of shipping, please PM me. I'm swimming in the d$$% things and can't give them away but hate to send them to the landfill when they've never even been plugged in!!

My old 2407 drill upfitted with 1/2" chuck. This poor drill has deburred literally tens of thousands of holes (primarily aluminum) in my shop.

At one point the trigger died. I squeaked under the 5 year warranty and was surprised Milwaukee actually repaired it vs just sending me a new one (only because I'd guess their labor cost was greater than their cost of a new unit)

Several years after that repair it's still going. Note how worn the grip has become ;)
