This is my last old Microgreen.
It was a pain to cut into with a screwdriver, hammer and tin snips. I always just hack into filters my used filters this way no problem but the old microgreens were on a different level as far as build quality.
Love the big ole spring. I usually cut an opening out of the side of my filters now days and just spin the media around with my fingers to see pleats and throw it away. I don’t care about the anti drain back valves enough to take them completely apart anymore. But these microgreens were so tight you can’t spin the media around while the spring is still compressed against the face plate.
