Hey all! I’d like to buy a small meat slicer to use at home. I like to make beef jerky and hate to have to slice it myself. Consistency of thickness is key when using the dehydrator. I used to buy pre sliced “stir fry beef” but that stuff is at least $8 per pound now. Any help is appreciate. Thanks in advance!

We have an older Waring Pro7.5" meat slicer that runs about $100 today on Amazon. It looks better than the Cabela's $99.99 slicers. Have had no issues with it. I cut my stir fry beef by hand all the time. The slicer gets mostly used for lunch meat.
