MBL1 OIL and FLTR

Tried Mbl1 5/30 and Mbl1 fltr in my 03 Yukon w/ 8.1 ltr. Engine sounded like a diesel on start/warm up.Switched to 5/40 Mbl1 T/SUV and AC fltr.Nowhere near the noise at cold start now.Mobil fltr also leaked severly, did not take chance on another one.

Lil Guy the same company that makes M1 Oil FIlter also makes AC/Delco filters! You seldom see the Dana made AC/Delco filters on the after market they are almost always the Champion Lab made one. Even the GM Service Parts Operation Wharehouse AC filter's are almost always Champion Lab filters. So you either got a bad filter or your engine just likes a slightlt thicker oil!
