That may well be, but if I look at cars and trucks (especially during rush hour!), there's usually only one or two persons in it. I rarely see SUVs (or cars) filled with passengers to capacity. It that were so, we wouldn't have a traffic problem in the Bay Area. By the way, I don't think a Hummer is a sensible vehicle for a civilian (unless he's on safari), no matter what.
