Just as a general rule of thumb? Everyone in this forum, who has deviated from OEM ATF, has a mixture of different types of ATF. I know I can mix different types of redline because they are the same base with different amounts of additive. I can mix D4 with Type F in order to reduce slipperiness. What I need to call them about it to how compatible they are with other fluids. Is Maxlife a synthetic? And even if it is, it is probably on a whole different syn level than Redline. I know Redline's motor oils are Grp V ester based but not sure about the ATF's.
