% Mass reading and PPM

Hi all, I was just wondering is there a formula or something that you can use to convert a % mass value to it's PPM reading? eg: If %Mass of Molly = 0.022 what would it's PPM be. OR: eg: If PPM of Molly is 80 what would the % Mass value be? Thanks all for any help. Francis.

0.0220% mass would equate to 220 ppm I belive, and 80 ppm would equate to 0.0080% mass.
