Your manufacturer specifications description is old:

Here are the real ones these oils match (website is old):

Carat-S 5W40:
API SL/CF
ACEA A3/B3
VW 502.00/505.00
MB 229.3
BMW LL (ready for 30 000kms).

This oil has been used right from the shell in F3000 racing, with KTR-Witmeur team, driver was Bas Leinders.

I've used it on a 1372cc turbocharged engine with 136hp and 207Nm torque, had almost no oil consomption with an OCI of 7 500kms, many times above 6000 RPM and mad driving (sometimes 120+ MPH).

Synergy 0W40:
API SL/CF
ACEA A3/B4
VW 502.00/505.00/503.01
BMW LL-98
Porsche approved

Gold S1 5W40:
API SL/CF
ACEA A3/B3
VW 502.00/505.00
BMW LL
MB 229.3

They are not group III oil based.

The 0W40 Synergy is being replaced by Zenox 0W40, using H-BN (céramic particles) and matching the new ACEA specifications (ACEA A3/B4/C3), MB 229.31, BMW LL-04, VW 503.01.

The maker is a specialist of solid lubrification, graphite particles are 1µ or less, H-BN particles are smaller.

I have the paper infos, but you'll find current specs them on this site (russian dealer):

http://www.marlyoil.ru/product/marlym.html

The Zenox 0W40 is too recent to be on their site, it is just being launched.

The Bio Carat seems to be particularly praised among russian rallies competitors.

No dealer outside Europe (I include Russia in the large understanding of Europe).
