So true!! That enthusiasm often fades within a year when the negativity of payments exceeds that past enthusiasm. Life can be harsh!
People contribute mightelly to their measure of harshness.
Toys are like drugs (incl. alcohol), pornography and other escapist stuff....you always want/need more.
A pal won't face his demon regarding servicing his vehicles.
He's doomed to [continue] buying 2-4 year old cars from questionable sources.
While the perceived 'big repair' often resets his trade-in cycle, a neighbor buying a new car has done it too.

Ha! It has an engine that wakes up the neighborhood. I highly doubt it is as loud as a lot of other cars, trucks, and motorcycles.

The Ad companies know we very seldom buy just what we need, we buy a dream. Until we wake up and it becomes a nightmare.
We have 2 Harleys and one crotch rocket,,we wait till 9am to start them, lol, and we are usually back by 9pm if possible,,,no complaiints lol
