MAHLE O/F cutted (750 miles OCI, SAAB B205 engine)

2 exhaust valves are burnt away, so the cylinder head replaced by a refurbished one.
Additionally: piston rings and the piston rod bearings are changed.

Oil: Mobil Super 3000 5W40

It looks like it was doing what it was supposed to do, filter oil. Still, I think there is quite a bit of foreign material in the media for only 750 miles. Under what conditions does this engine run and how many miles are on the engine?

Engine has 256K miles - sludge prone SAAB 2 litres with Garret turbo (low pressure).
I had 70K miles with it only filling best quality synthetic oil for cleaning the vadnish and burnt particles.
Very gentle and moderate driving habit after the refurbishment.
