M1 75-140

Is M1 diff lube any good? I wanted to replace the super-tech 75-140 .... which one was the subject of a recall or not meeting the specs? I hope it wasn't M1 since I already did the switch.

M1 has friction modifiers additive, if you have a LS differential. I am not sure about ST.

Mobil 1 gear oils are very good products. I would use them over Super-Tech any day of the week. And I'm not sure what weight it was, but the recall brand you are referring to was Super-Tech.
