LolIt is all junk.
All LVP should be waterproof. Laminate flooring is the one that has water resistant or waterproof depending on cost.Did you install or see a brand you flipped out over in a flooring store.
More about quality and not color
Why did you like it so much?
Water proof or water resistant?
They actually make both if you look. All LVP should be waterproof. Laminate flooring is the one that has water resistant or waterproof depending on cost.
Biggest thing to look for is wear layer and thickness.

Very well priced. Looks great. Did my basement right over the bare concrete. 3 years now and I am very pleased with the performance, appearance and price.
Sheet vinyl is the non luxury versionTalk about branding/ marketing. Define luxury. That's like my1980's area home, it has "luxury" vinyl siding. This way to the egress.
Helped a buddy put down those 99 cent stick down tiles on top of his old linoleum kitchen floor. Luxury is in the eye of the beholder I guess.Sheet vinyl is the non luxury version![]()
Nice looking home. Wolf stove is a nice touch. Have a brother who is engineer for Wolf/Subzero. Quality stuff.I did an interior remodel of the public areas in our home two years ago, including taking the kitchen down to bare walls. I had my doubts about vinyl plank flooring but after checking out the various brands we decided to try it.
We used the COREtec brand, and let me tell you it's not cheap! It's waterproof, cork backed, either 7/16" or 9/16" thick (I forget), and very heavy. It feels super solid underfoot.
The plank we chose has a wood grain pattern and has beveled planks edges. It seems durable and is easy to clean. We've been happy with it.
