I couldn't help but notice that Mobil 0w40 has a modest amount of moly, while Mobil 5w40 has none.
I looked for any kind of virgin analysis of Lubro-Moly MoS2 oil additive, but couldn't find anything.
Without knowing exactly what is in this stuff, does anyone think that 300 ml of the MoS2 added to about 4.5 quarts of Delvac, in a VW TDI AHL engine, would 1) be helpful, or 2) cause damage, or 3) have no positive or negative effects?
