I've owned about 5 or 6 LPG fuled vehicles and posted something in the industrial section on them under "forklift something or other". I wouldn't worry about the TBN level. LPG has no sulphur. Synthetic oil in a LPG engine? Well if it makes ya feel better pour it in.
