Low Viscosity Mobil 1 ATF

Anyone have any idea why Mobil doesn't have a LV ATF? Based on the quality of the existing ATF and the brand reputation it would be a good seller.

Wondered that myself - they had the second license to Dex VI and called it semi synthetic - guess it's a fine line between that and full synthetic when talking Dex VI ...
The other one puzzling me is why more folks that still need Dex III don't use Mobil 1 synthetic ATF.
Spec sheet on that is solid.

My Ford Fusion calls fo FNR-5 ATF, but I have used M1 ATF in it from the beginning, and as you can see my trans still performs great. 35K OCI.
