It's a series for adults on Netflix. It's produced by David Fincher (Fight Club, Se7en, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo) and Tim Miller (Deadpool and the botched Terminator: Dark Fate).

This is an animated anthology series with episodes that are between a few and about 20 minutes long. The animation varies from episode to episode between photorealistic CGI and motion capture and anime-style animation. It's pretty obvious that nobody told the creators what they could or could not do. If there's a continuous theme running through the series it is about the self-destructive nature of human beings. The series is satirical, dark and violent, and every episode addresses interesting concepts and ideas. This definitely worth a look if you enjoy something a little different and creative.

Some of my favorite episodes, in no particular order:

Ice Age
Automated Customer Service
Pop Squad (Inspired by Logan's Run and Blade Runner)
The Tall Grass
All Through the House
The Drowned Giant
Night of the Mini Dead (Hilarious)
Mason's Rats
The Secret War

It's truly an amazing anthology series. The latest season was a bit on the darker side, but still a very worthwhile watch. An edible makes the experience all the more enjoyable.
