Ok I live in Tampa and my parents live in Ocala where the suburban is. Ok I go home this weekend and my dad took the suburban in for service at a local mechanic shop where he always goes to. They charge him $926. They had to put in new valve cover (look used to me) and intake gaskets. Along with water pump seal. The truck also need a new rear tail light( looked like it was used from a junkyard). They charge him $89 plus $37 to install a tail light that cost $20 bucks on eaby and 10 minuts to do.
Dude... My wife owns a piece of property in Ocala that I finally saw in July for the first time. It was my first trip to Ocala. I can't imagine he found a shop in Ocala that was able to work on a 99. Sorry, couldn't resist. I love when we go to those remote southern areas and everyone calls me "Boss".
It's three plots in an area that they've only built a few houses. It's still all dirt roads and we actually got lost in there for about an hour. Thank ---- for Google maps on my blackberry, we found our way out.
