Good morning,

I would like to see a virgin oil analysis of mobil delvac mx f2 15w40 ci-4 plus to see the tbn. The pds on mobils website doesnt give the tbn of it.

Since it is ACEA E7 then the TBN must be greater than or equal to 9. As far as I know CI-4 PLUS does not have a minimum TBN requirement.

ExxonMobil does state that the oil has "Extended TBN reserves" and is suitable for "older engines operating on either low or high sulfur fuels."

I recall that older versions of MX had a TBN of 16.
But if you're running on Ultra-low Sulfur diesel, TBN isn't what limits the oil change interval.
