Looking for a Water Pump Bearing Assembly Source

Hi Everyone, I am John "The Heat Guy" HVAC Tech and Old Car Hobbyist. I am looking for a source to get water pump seals and bearing assemblies. I am currently working on 2ea. 1963 Oldsmobile 394 engines and want to rebuild the water pumps myself. The water pumps I want to rebuild are rare "With Air Conditioning" pumps and cannot be found anywhere in the world. Anyone have a source(s) for the parts to rebuild these pumps? Thanks, John
