A large screen device that only plays CD's, DVD's and Blu Ray. If for a Christmas present for a disable person. And by large screen I don't mean really big, just bigger than a standard PC screen. Any ideas.

No Blu Ray though...
The problem with these flat screens is that they have very poor audio quality due to the limited space you can put speakers in. So, listening to CDs on one of these isn't going to be a pleasurable experience, IMO.
