Doesn't matter. There were NO 99-03 TL's (regular or Type-S) with manual transmission. Are you mistaking it for an 02 CL Type-S? Those had an available manual.

BTW to the OP, 14k is too much for an 80k Honda of that year. We just had a similar car on the lot, similar miles, going for 10k.

Absolutely correct. Only the CL-S (for that one year IIRC) had the 6-spd manual available, for that generation platform.

There is at least one '99 3.2TL with the 260 hp engine and 6-spd stick... A guy on AcuraTL.com put the CL-S engine/trans into his '99. It was a lot of work but he did it.
