I know his sister. Once we were at a bar in Chicago having drinks and the Redskins were playing da Bears. I kept rooting for the Bears and she got so irritated with me she gave me a big well aimed punch. Great girl. Sorry for her loss.

A graduate of Maine South H.S. in Park Ridge, IL where my dad taught. I remember watching him play during those years. He also held the IL state H.S. record for the discus throw for a number of years. Great athlete and great guy. May he rest in peace.

His name is **** Butkus, one of Chicago's very own. He was a typical dese, dere, dose, and dem Chicago kinda guy. I lived there for 65 years, and speak Chicagoeese quite well.
