Have been on a self improvement programme since a night of boredom in a Motel Room in July 2018...realised I was fat,and bored, And at 51, tat was a waste of what I've got left.
Started Wim Hof, cold exposure,and a fair bit of meditation...improvements lead to suspicions and accusations that I was javing arrangements in other places...not true,I was here for me, and a better me would be a better home... anyway.
Last 4 months, have doubled and doubled again workon my head, my outlook, and it's paying dividends...when (it will be), I get a chance to be a role model again,I'll have a much better toolkit...
One of the places I found really good was London Real...really classy interview style on a range of Men's (mostly,really) topics, health, fitness, mental resilience and the like.
