It was probably because it was a legal and medical question. Those aren’t allowed on here but I can understand too I think a notice would of been nice but sometimes they probably have a lot on their hands so they might have not gotten a chance to tell you. You could probably kindly PM one of them to ask and make sure. I’m sure they would tell you the objection.
I had the same thing happen to me not long after I joined. I had no idea what had happened, or why. I contacted admin and they let me know why. It's been almost ten years now since that happened and I for the life of me can't remember what the violation was.
