Caution: Pointless Post!
My '00 VW GTI 1.8T got an oil change today. I had intended to go 7k miles on the GC that was in it, but I just couldn't wait any longer. I wound up going only 5600 miles.
Pictured are the materials used. I had to use 2 different filter wrenches, since the filter I removed was an oversized M1-301.
This is the oil that I bought from another BITOGer, "glxpassat" back in March, IIRC. Got it for $2/qt.
