You won't get hacked by visiting some oil website without downloading and executing something. No one is gonna burn valuable exploits on people who read Oil Club. If you were super paranoid you can install the NoScript Chrome or Firefox extension and disable Javascript on that site. I would personally visit it without any concern though.
