Just some constructive criticism and a price comparison, but this dealer is wholesaling the same car with less miles for a lot less money.

Well, if ya got a dealer license, go pick it up. Another dealership is going to pick that up and sell it for more

I would agree to cite an auction price over a retail price is meaningless. Once that car ends up on the dealer lot then THAT DEALER'S PRICE is for comparison purposes.

I think I'm priced pretty well. If it doesn't sell that's alright.

If my car was for sale at a BMW dealership as a CPO, this is what they would list it for.

I'm priced $2,500 below that. CPO warranty is transferable.

Do you really think that dealer is going to sell that car for $10k under market value? Also, read the reviews of the dealership.

They changed the price to $38,000. Misprint? Deliberate bait and switch? Somebody reported them?
