I was actually thinking of trying Griots One-Step Sealant, anyone use this product before?

"All the benefits of our ultra-durable Paint Sealant combined with a gentle polish to remove scratches, oxidation and swirl marks while leaving behind protection for your paint for up to one year. Think of it as Paint Sealant with Machine Polish 3 added for a true One-Step Sealant!"

Most of those one-step products are going to be a compromise in some way. 1 year is very wishful thinking -- even the best sealants are usually expired after 4-6 months.

I got a bottle of the Griot's one step sealant free when I purchased my polisher years ago, I've used it twice and both times I wasn't impressed in the least. It's now collecting dust in the shelf.

Send me your leftovers as I would love to give it a try and my wife's DD and see how it holds up this winter.

Lots of discussion on this and other boards.

Along with a wash mitt and even a towel (?) of the same material, it has lots of detailers putting away their clay bars.

Google is your friend here...

Any feedback on this??

It works pretty good, I have the fine grade AutoScrub sponge, the 6" AutoScrub foam pad for the DA, a nanoskin medium grade wash mit, and both a fine and medium grade SM Arnold speedy prep towels. I've used the towels on close to 80 cars and they are still going strong, and are by far my favorite. I do still use clay on some cars with clears on the softer side.

I only like German Silver e.g. MB or BMW. For some reason, I have never been impressed with any Japanese Silver even on a Lexus or Acura.

The 6 months of beading I get with FW1 spray makes my life easy...
