Leads mixed up - Exhaust sucking air in?

Can someone tell me, if the spark plug leads (on a V6) are installed wrong (ie, most likely 2 being in the wrong place), would this cause the exhaust to suck air in?

When I say suck air in, I mean do something like this:

Not that I am aware of though your firing order is incorrect!
What you may be hearing is the piston(s) moving through the cylinder(s) but the fuel is being ignited at the wrong time. This could sound & act like anything, I guess!

nothing electrical like spark plug leads can change the mechanical action of the engine itself.

You'd have a CEL with multiple misfires if the wires were installed wrong, and the engine would run like [censored].

do a compression test. that looks like a valve problem
