Larger tires for 2003 F150

This isn't my F150, but one that belongs to my friend. It's a stock XL model reg cab, long box with 190K on a 4.2. The current size is 235/70/16, and he's looking to fill up the wheel well a little more. What would be a good larger alternative size? Thanks!
