Who's into Laksa? Hing Wong Chinese butchery took over the vacant shop next to theirs in Belconnen Markets a few weeks or so back and opened Hing Wong Roast Inn. We tried Roast Duck Laksa and Roast Pork Laksa last night. Different and not hot (chilli) enough but good.

Roast Pork Laksa is not a good idea. The Pork crackling becomes non crackling in Laksa. Roast duck Laksa works well though.
