Took my kid to a place called La Michoacana Plus. Really good although I'd say that it was English optional when I got there. But they did find someone who could help us. A little bit odd too without any menu or price list other than a list of things on a board without being terribly specific. We had to go the register to see what the prices were, then go back to order. It was really weird.

But it gets really confusing because we've been looking at so many different businesses that use that in the name. I can't figure out what happened. Seems almost like how there are so many pizza places in NYC with the same name, or maybe where there was some family split.

When I worked at a Local WalMart D.C. the managers would walk around at night handing out paletas to everybody on those hot summer nights, great tasting ice cream. :)

I got a 16 pack of La Michoacana branded pallets at Grocery Outlet. Really reasonable since individual ones I've seen go for $1.50 and they were the same size. But I did find it odd with all these different businesses sharing the same name and color scheme.

I'm really confused because I heard about this place in Anaheim called La Michoacana 1st.

This seems like trademark Hell. Sounds like this just sort of got used and nobody bothered to try and protect the name.
