I'm not that video is real. For example, watch the wiper blade. It never moves a millimeter, not even at top speed. Suspicious to me.

They actual did it. Koenigsegg, SSC, Bugatti, and a couple of others were in the race for breaking the 300 mph barrier a few years ago. Bugatti eventually succeeded with a 305 snd change run. The SSC Tuatara did 295 mph.
Pretty sure it's real.
They made an easy roll out then kept shifting gears. I love how they found more gears after 150. They were definitely aided by the downhill as you could see how their speed dropped pretty good once they hit the uphill.

It appears to be loafing at 200 MPH.
