It's Roslyn in Washington State.
David Lynch's 'Twin Peaks' was also filmed in Poulsbo and Snoqualmie in Washington. At one point somebody burnt down the famous hotel(or the Lodge, or the café?) to cash in on insurance. The plan didn't work out too well.
