Fellow Canadian here. If you're going to drink any Canadian Whiskey it should be: Crown Royal, JP Wisers then Canadian Club. Ginger ale or a splash of water. Those three Canadian whiskeys are the GO TO for 99.9% of the Punjabi population here in Toronto.
Also, ST and KSO are great oils in their own right. Use with confidence with a filter that has 99% filteration at 25 or lower microns.
