Katrina's positive impact?

Yes, on our local news the weather guy said hurricane katrina has had a positive impact here in central ohio because our shortage of rainfall for the year is over because of the strong storms and heavy rain we got from the remnats of that system.
 
It's a common statement, we often say the same in Texas: "Nothing busts up an August drought like a hurricane."

Unfortuantely it is quite true.
 
Now we officially have an excuse to revitalize downtown and the slump. Job for rebuilding, new cars purchases, new applicances, new furnitures, new infrastructures, and the "experience" of responding to a large scale crisis in the even of a terrorist attack of similar scale.
