John Deere 325 skid steer “do not use synthetic oil” for hydraulic and hydrostatic oil

Calls for CH-4 or CH-4 John Deere Plus 50 preferred.
It also states not to use synthetic oil and am confused as to why it says that.

John Deere doesn't call Plus 50 II "synthetic". John Deere markets toward their own lubricants, so I'm guessing it's one way to keep you from buying a competitor's lubricants.

Could be a carry over from ages ago. They just never removed it from the service manual.

What year machine? I run a 2022 318G and a 2024 325. I'll double check as i know they allow some engine oils and other hydraulic fluids but they spec their Hydrau XR as factory fill, which is a synthetic fluid.
