My neighbor has a 2000 TJ. It's got well over 200k miles at this point (he's the original owner) and the steering box leaks pretty good.
He just keeps adding fluid but I'd like to help him out and fix it.
So, I can attempt a rebuild or try to find a quality reman unit.
I'm gun shy of remans based upon experiences with 2nd Gen Rams.
If anyone has recos for quality rebuilders, I'd love to hear it. If anyone has thoughts on rebuilding myself, I'm open to that also. Also, recos for kits that would include everything I'd likely need.
