Is the Chrysler 3.7 liter generally hard on oil? Some engines are known to run hotter or tend to shear the oil quickly.. I think this motor was back spec for 20wt.

Not sure about them being hard on oil, but the 3.7s I have experience with definitely liked to burn oil, same as the 3.8L in the Wranglers.
