Anyone here taken much of a look at this (page 2 of brochure)? If anything, I'm impressed that the 10w-30 Plus-50 II also carries this rating.

I think correlations between oxidation test results and longevity of engines/oils has been discounted.

Uh, do what? Oxidation stability and deposit control is a particular area of development in the HDEO marketplace.

Oxidation of oil is an important parameter to measure but these oxidation tests don't really replicate what happens in the real world. The average person doesn't know that which is why John Deere uses oxidation test results as a selling point.
