Nope. There was a Powerpoint from a Toyota engineer presented at a JASO conference that while Dexron II/III formed the basis for Japanese OEM fluids, the frictional properties are no where close and the M315 spec also includes a few more tests. The ambiguity is this - "The Japanese ATs need genuine parts ATF or superior ATF in both anti-shudder durability and frictional characteristics. And these important properties are specified in JASO M315." http://www.jalos.or.jp/onfile/pdf/2009_DEO_Seminar.pdf In Pakistan, I think you should be able to find Caltex(Chevron), Castrol(BP) or ExxonMobil products. I know Chevron/Caltex sells an ATF-J that will work. https://asiapacific.chevronlubricants.com/en_AP/products/products/havoline-atf-j.html
