The 01/18 issue of Roundel has what amounts to an interview with Ryan Stark of Blackstone Labs. I don’t think this is available anywhere except in the club Mag, but if you are like me and don’t always read them right away (or at all) its wort a read.

Thanks, That was a informative article written simple and easy to understand, there were many interesting take always for me, when asked about manufactures Miles/Time the response was "no time limitation on oil",true synthetics have PAO and esters (mentioned Red Line) and for most vehicles conventional oil is just fine, I encourage others to read the article, I just changed the oil in my brothers 325i and will mail the oil sample in tomorrow . TOTO.
