It's Native bee time......super pollinators.

Native bees are out and they are very important pollinators. In fact they are far better pollinators than honey bees. I am working harder this year to produce more bees for next year. Here is a video I made
 
Yeah, my BIL has been making those for years. Bamboo works best he claims.
That is a nice design though, you can't get bamboo nearly as uniform.

I'll have to tell him about the mud supply though, it's been very dry where he lives.
Too bad the occupants aren't honey bees, but we have to maintain what we have left at this point.

I know people who do honey bees. More work then I care to do and don't like getting stung.
 
Watching the pollinators is interesting. My plum tree was covered up with honeybees. Bumblebees and Southeastern Blueberry Bees were the primary pollinators for our blueberries.

I never heard of BB bees. I looked them up. Interesting
