Yep, the only place to live in FL is near the coast. 84 today, humidity just starting to creep up. All work, including oil changes are to be done from October (late) to March (early) the rest of the year is swimming pool, M/C (early morn), or A/C! No WORK!

Well, some things MUST be done, and we manage. Lawn contractors thrive down here! So do car wash places.
Also, send some of that heat to the PNW, we could really use it!
