Is YouTube under attack?

This morning, when I try to access YouTube, I keep getting a utility page with: "Sorry for the interruption. We have been receiving a large volume of requests from your network. To continue with your YouTube experience, please enter the verification code below." Then there's a picture with some numbers you have to enter to access YouTube. Obviously a filter to exclude automated requests for YouTube pages. Any similar experiences out there?

Do you use a proxy service. If yes deal with the error unfortunately. They think you are coming from a single ip and potentially abusing the system.
