That's a good question. While I noticed they were identical across the board, I didn't play with the numbers at all to determine which product the PDS apparently matched.
I think I came across the issue when I was checking out conventional, current SN/GF-5 5w30 oil sheets for the G, and I had glanced at the odd synthetic for the fun of it. Formula Shell was on my short list because of the attractive regular price.
I initially thought perhaps conventional, just glancing at the pour point, but since it's not a PAO, its pour point won't be ridiculously low, anyhow. I didn't delve into the numbers as deeply as you did; that VI is pretty impressive. I guess that just shows how useless pour point really is - might indicate Group IV if really low, but aside from that, tells us very little.
Looking back at the other numbers right now, and what you gleaned from them, it certainly might be the sheet for Formula Shell Synthetic. They still have a bunch of SM/GF-4 stuff posted, too. What a honking mess.
