Is SLX II OW30 the Same as GC 0W30???

If yes this means that GC is only part synthetic or teilthetisch synthetic according to a recent German article.

SLX II is not the same as the A3 rated SLX 0w30. SLX II is a low HT/HS A5 rated oil.
