Is PENTOSIN just a shell of its former self?

I'm thinking, which isn't necessarily a good thing, about taking advantage of the FCP Euro rebate on oil changes but with Pentosin SP3 (LL04). However, I've noticed on the Pentosin website that their product sheet for the SP3 hasn't been updated since 2016 which makes me wonder about the status of the company. Does the company even make products or is it just rebadge FUCHS?

Their website is definitely not updated very often. They have new 0W-20 Pentospeed FE that is approved for MB-229.71 and BMW LL-17FE+ and Pentospeed SP IV approved for VW 508/509, yet no mention of either on the website in the Motor Oil section.
