Is my oil sample contaimnated?

I let a friend borrow a oil pan recently, which to my suprise, he used to drain his radiator.

He dumped the waste, and gave it back to me. I then did my OCI, and filled up the sample container with the used oil in the pan. Do you think my oil sample is now ruined, because I didnt wash out the pan before filling it up?

yes

please read oil sampling procedures - your practice is whacked even if you use a new pan. the pan is for used oil and should always be considered to be dirty.
